We operate as an online restaurant (cooked food) and clothing store, offering delivery only within Abuja.

Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to place an order.

Orders may be placed as a guest or through an account.

Food Orders (Cooked Food) Order Confirmation

All food orders are considered final once confirmed.

Customers may cancel an order only within 5 minutes of placing the order and only if the food has not been packaged.

Refunds & Errors

We do not offer cash refunds for food orders.

Refunds are issued only as store coupons and only in the following cases:

Wrong food item delivered

Food not delivered

Coupons issued can be used on future orders and are non-transferable.

Clothing Orders & Returns

Clothing items may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the wrong item was delivered.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds for clothing items are issued as coupons only.

Sale items are not returnable.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is available only within Abuja.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 minutes, depending on location and conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, any resulting issues or losses are the customer’s responsibility.
